What was developed?
The Harbor at East Gull Lake is a single-family home development located on the Gull Lake chain of lakes. Homes in this development are a combination of both year-round and seasonal use residents. Included with each home is a 30’ harbor slip with permanent docks and ready for your boat and or lift. Also included is a 20’x40’ storage garage, community pool with pool house facilities, putting, central irrigation system, common grounds, shared well water system and city sewer service. A homeowner’s association is responsible for the maintenance and operation of community property, as well as for the individual homes’ lawn and snow removal needs. Homeowners own and control their own lot, landscape and home.
